Our SmartPipe dosing pumps (formerly Inntech pumps), designed and manufactured in Finland, are used for cleaning pipelines and wastewater systems and preventing foam in seawater pipes, cooling pipes and boilers.
Our patented technology encompasses the world's first sustainable solution for removing urinary calculus from pipes. The process is based on the precise dosing of environmentally friendly solutions. Dosing can be done alongside other operations without causing maintenance downtime for the pipeline. Our handy pipe clamps enable quick, safe and reliable installation of the SmartPipe dosing hose into the ship's vacuum pipes.
We manufacture pumps for various purposes. The purpose of the electric DPT cap pump is to keep pipes and tanks clean and maintenance-free by regularly feeding cleaning chemicals. DPT cap pumps can be used individually or as a system of multiple pumps in different parts of the ship.
The strong and lightweight structure of the DPT cap pump, along with its built-in features, makes it an intelligent, worry-free, and economical solution. Its most important feature is that it optimizes the consumption of the cleaning chemical being fed. The pump is suitable for feeding a variety of liquids, such as acids, alkalis, and bacteria into the pipe. The device is designed to be easy to use, safe, and maintenance-free.
The compact pump unit is extremely easy to install. It attaches directly to a standard 20-liter container or a 200-liter drum, replacing the original lid without the need for a separate adapter.
The DPT cap pump can be used in different ways:
- Dosing with a timer or at separately programmed times
- Manual dosing with the pump button
- Dosing using the built-in vacuum sensor (optional accessory)
The electronically controlled pump operates simply but with precision. When the dosing conditions are met, the pump starts automatically, and the liquid is fed from the container or drum to the target location. The pump equipped with a vacuum sensor draws the liquid to the target location using vacuum pressure.
