SmartPipe's Board of Directors ensures good governance, strategic direction and operational oversight of the company. It approves the business strategy, budget and key operating principles. The board monitors the company's financial situation and makes significant decisions regarding the company's development. In addition to the board, SmartPipe has separately elected advisors who participate in the development of the company's strategic lines.
