In the merger, Inntech Oy will be integrated into SmartPipe System Oy’s operations. Marco Poulsen, the CEO of Inntech Oy, will take over as the new CEO. “The new organization, formed by two pioneering companies in their respective fields, enables the seamless offering of a comprehensive product range to a broader customer base while enhancing service capabilities for existing customers,” says CEO Marco Poulsen.
SmartPipe System Oy
Founded in 2017, SmartPipe System is a Finnish company that develops, manufactures, and sells solutions utilizing microorganisms for wastewater and water treatment in both property management and maritime industries. These solutions help businesses significantly reduce the environmental impact caused by oil and grease residues. In addition to reducing their “grease footprint,” SmartPipe products include solutions for odor elimination and cleaning.
Inntech Oy
Established in 2004, Inntech Oy is a Finnish company specializing in designing, developing, and manufacturing liquid dosing units for industrial processes. Its end customers include leading players in the maritime industry, professionals in wastewater and water treatment, and innovative domestic SMEs.
