The pipeline treatment products we manufacture in Finland are multi-cultured bacterial solutions and powders designed to break down fats and oils (FOG) and other food waste. In addition, they reduce the accumulation of waste and neutralize odors.
Our products, which contain carefully selected microbes, effectively remove waste accumulations in the pipeline and keep the fat waste in the property's grease separation well flowing, extending the well's maintenance interval.

Starting a maintenance service is easy
Starting a pipeline maintenance service is easy. Once we have received your contact, we will contact you about the mapping of the property. Based on the problem points, we draw up a customised proposal for pipeline maintenance, after which our technical expert installs the Dosing Devices at the identified problem points.
Our expert makes regular maintenance visits to the property, changes the maintenance agent canisters and monitors the results of the treatment. We report the results and suggestions for follow-up measures to the customer.

How much does a plumbing maintenance service cost?
The monthly price of the pipeline maintenance service is affected by the size of the object, the number of necessary dosing devices and the frequency of dosing. In a small property, one or two dosing devices may be enough to eliminate the plumbing problems, in which case we are talking about a few hundred euros per month. In a large shopping center or, for example, on a cruise ship, there can be dozens of dispensing devices.
The price includes monitoring by SmartPipe's technical expert, customer reporting, and replacement of maintenance canisters every few weeks.
The final price of the service is calculated based on the survey.
