DPT Cap Pumps
With the DPT Cap pump, pipes, tanks, and other targets are kept clean, reducing the need for maintenance and the associated costs. The microprocessor-controlled cap pump automatically and economically handles the dosing of the cleaning chemical.
A durable, long-lasting dosing pump that is ideally suited for dosing chemicals such as acids, alkalis, and bacterial solutions. The feed rate and timing can be adjusted precisely up to 1–350 ml/min depending on the model. The amount of chemical dispensed can be monitored using the pump’s counter.
As an optional accessory, a liquid level sensor is available. Designed and manufactured in Finland, the top-quality DPT dosing pumps are delivered ready for use in both gravity-fed and vacuum systems.
The pump is maintenance-free—you only need to ensure the unit has power and that the tank’s suction tube doesn’t get clogged. The DPT pump is supplied with a suction hose and mounting brackets.

DPT-NE
The DPT-NE chemical pump is a single-channel, durable, and compact feed pump for pumping most chemicals and liquids. The DPT-NE does not include control electronics, making it ideal for use with an external timer, for example. The pump can be mounted directly onto 5–25 L canisters as well as a 200 L drum.
