V\u00e5rt m\u00e5l \u00e4r att fr\u00e4mja h\u00e5llbarheten inom varvsindustrin och minska dess milj\u00f6p\u00e5verkan genom v\u00e5ra smarta l\u00f6sningar.<\/p>\n<p>I SusFlow fokuserar vi p\u00e5 att utveckla ett fartygs hela livscykel, fr\u00e5n konstruktionsfasen till drift. Vi vill g\u00f6ra n\u00e4tverket f\u00f6r skeppsbyggnad mer \u00f6ppet och h\u00e5llbart, samtidigt som vi hj\u00e4lper f\u00f6retag att visa upp ansvarsfulla processer och l\u00f6sningar. Vi anser att kunskapsdelning \u00e4r nyckeln till att minska milj\u00f6f\u00f6rst\u00f6ringen, och den kunskap som samlas in genom detta forskningsprojekt kan ha en positiv inverkan p\u00e5 branschen som helhet.<\/p>\n<p>Avfall i fartygsr\u00f6rledningar \u00e4r ett stort problem, och med v\u00e5r inhemska dispenseringsutrustning, som till exempel installerats p\u00e5 kryssningsfartyg fr\u00e5n \u00c5bovarvet, str\u00e4var vi efter att l\u00f6sa denna utmaning.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-1328 size-large\" src=\"https:\/\/smartpipe.fi\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/piirroslaiva-1024x379.jpg\" alt=\"v\u00e5r smarta teknik f\u00f6rb\u00e4ttrar VVS-underh\u00e5llet ombord p\u00e5 fartyg\" width=\"1024\" height=\"379\" srcset=\"https:\/\/smartpipe.fi\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/piirroslaiva-1024x379.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/smartpipe.fi\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/piirroslaiva-300x111.jpg 300w, https:\/\/smartpipe.fi\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/piirroslaiva-768x284.jpg 768w, https:\/\/smartpipe.fi\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/piirroslaiva-1536x568.jpg 1536w, https:\/\/smartpipe.fi\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/piirroslaiva-2048x758.jpg 2048w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>N\u00e4sta steg \u00e4r att ut\u00f6ka v\u00e5r utrustning med sensorteknik, vilket kommer att m\u00f6jligg\u00f6ra mer exakt \u00f6vervakning och styrning av fartygets r\u00f6rsystem. V\u00e5ra l\u00f6sningar anv\u00e4nder maskininl\u00e4rning, vilket g\u00f6r att fartygets pipelines kan reglera sig sj\u00e4lva och l\u00e4ra sig av det f\u00f6rflutna. Detta kommer att f\u00f6rb\u00e4ttra reng\u00f6ringsprocessen och underl\u00e4tta milj\u00f6rapporteringen. Tekniken g\u00f6r att fartyg i samma flotta kan kopplas samman s\u00e5 att de l\u00e4r sig av varandras m\u00e4tningar.<\/p>\n<p>Vi tror att v\u00e5ra l\u00f6sningar kan f\u00f6rb\u00e4ttra varvsindustrins h\u00e5llbarhet avsev\u00e4rt och samtidigt minska dess milj\u00f6p\u00e5verkan. V\u00e5rt m\u00e5l \u00e4r att ligga i framkant inom v\u00e5rt omr\u00e5de. De potentiella till\u00e4mpningarna av v\u00e5r teknik \u00e4r inte begr\u00e4nsade till fartyg, utan vi kan ocks\u00e5 se att den kan anv\u00e4ndas inom andra sektorer, till exempel stora hotellkedjor.<\/p>\n<p>Forskningsprojektet SusFlow ger oss m\u00f6jlighet att vara med och bygga en h\u00e5llbar framtid.
